The Commonapp - 2017-18 - updates

New course and grade section – only 12 colleges actually look at this section; however, more colleges may do so next year. If you input this info, be sure to input the exact names of the courses as they are written on your transcript
.pdf preview - there is a preview button at the top if you would like to see exactly what the college sees.
Google Drive – You can input your essay or any other info from your google drive into the commonapp. You can still copy and paste from Word.
Invite additional “advisors”- Invite an advisor (under the recommenders section). The advisors can see your progress. You can input as many as 3 advisors.
Activities – You still are limited to 10 activities, but there are two new categories that you can use: Internships and Social Justice
ROLLOVER – July 24, 2017 – any info that you have inputted before July 24 can rollover to the 2018 commonapp which comes out August 1.
